Hazy IPA: Be Dope.

This beer celebrates a larger than life, dear friend of the brewery who unexpectedly passed away late last year. He unapologetically lived life by the words “Do Dope Shit” and encouraged his loved ones to do the same: go on that next adventure, take the scary risk, don’t take a single moment for granted and treat everyone you meet with unparalleled kindness. In other words, Be Dope.

Rob and Andrew have been wanting a brewery for many years. They had to find the right spot to launch it, which is what took a very long time. AJ tried to help them with the process and was super excite about them living their dream of opening Milieu.

Andrew came to us in the spring with the idea to launch a beer after AJ with the Be Dope idea. Andrew is Kylee's Aunt Kathy’s nephew and they went to the same high school. Naming the beer after AJ was a tribute to his unwavering support and involvement in the brewery's journey. By honoring him with a beer, they wanted to acknowledge his legacy and friendship that was part of their shared history.

To honor AJ’s tenacity for life and giving spirit, a portion of the proceeds from Be Dope will be donated to a different charity each month.
